Job Duties / Responsibilities
* Join a team of payroll processors reporting to the Payroll Director.
* Handle multi-provincial payroll for 1000+ employees
* support some benfits administratoon – deductions, enrollment etc.
* both hourly and salaried employees
* comfortable and knowledgeable using time and attendance systems to gather information for multi-site locations across Canada
* using Nethris and UKG for payroll processing
* strong excel skills is an asset
* Headquartered in montreal with locations across Canada resulting in fluency in both french and english being necessary to communciate with employees throughout the organization
* year end payroll experience including T4s, T2200s
* payroll auditing and reports such as WSIB, CRA, CNSST, CPP, EI etc
* seekin motivated self starters who are looking to get invovled and share their knowedlge and expertise with all levels of the team
* PCP an asset
