Payroll & Benefits Admin the job:
This remote working role will give you an opportunity to join an established team in non profit organisation offering 3 day working week (24 hours p/w) for a maternity cover. You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations including payroll onboarding, status changes, leave management and offboarding. Reporting to the HR Director you will process payroll for all Canadian employees.
Leveraging your experience using different payroll systems and knowledge gained from your PCP designation and bringing your professional and supportive attitude to respond to any audit requests and any employee queries. The candidate will bring strong pensions experience in either HOOPP or OMERS
To achieve success in this role you will bring 5 years of Canadian Payroll experience and can demonstrate excellent benefits and pensions administration. You will have the flexibility to enjoy a remote working model with ad hoc visits onsite.
