What We're Looking For: * Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) in managing high-performing sales teams, particularly in a SaaS/growth business model. * Track record of managing a telephone-based sales team and a track record of driving performance in a target-driven environment. * Strong decision-making abilities and a consultative sales approach. * Comfortable liaising with all levels of the organization, from sales reps to directors. * Proactive, with the ability to coach, manage pipelines, and plan successful sales campaigns.
