Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work alongisde the payroll team to accurately process all payroll and benefits information in conjunction with the team. You will deal with all manager payroll queries including ontario payroll legislation. There is plenty of scope for you to identfy opportunities for improvement and mould the role. As a seasoned payroller, ideally you have graduated with a University degree, you have over 5+ years of experience gained within a unionized environment; you will enjoy working 2 days a week in a modern office building in a progressive business with an attractive benefits package. Perks: * Hybrid - 2 days in office * Full benefits including extended health, Dental etc. * 3 weeks vacation * Pension plan (HOOPP) Key Responsibilities- Being the main point of contact for all payroll escalation inquries (e.g., payroll earnings, time and attendance, questions on accruals)- Calculating pension adjustments - Processing Bi weekly payroll for 1000 unionized and non unionized hourly, salaried and contract employees on ADP WFN- Auditing payroll- Reviewing / auditing remittances - Year end reonciliation, processing all T4's, T2200, ROE Knowledge & Skills- PCP Designation (fully completed)- Proficient in ADP WFN- Expereience in a unionized environment- 5 years of processing full cycle payroll- Undergraduate degree
