The Payroll Data Analyst role has arisen to support the project team as they implement the new payroll software Ceridian Dayforce. You will be analysing payroll data from the legacy payroll system, ensuring it is complete and accurate. Working with IT team to integrate and migrate data to new payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce). Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency between different systems. In order to be considered for the role you should come from a payroll background where you have experience analysing high volume payroll data. You should have an exceptional eye for detail being able to spot inconsistencies as well as the payroll expertise to understand the issues that incomplete payroll data will create down the line in the implementation. You should have excellent Excel skills as a large amount of the data will be managed and manipulated in Excel. Previous experience working on an implementation project would be desirable but is not essential. This role will suit a data driven payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and analytics.
