Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency between different systems.In order to be considered for the role you should come from a payroll background where you have experience analysing high volume payroll data. You should have an exceptional eye for detail being able to spot inconsistencies as well as the payroll expertise to understand the issues that incomplete payroll data will create down the line in the implementation. You should have excellent Excel skills as a large amount of the data will be managed and manipulated in Excel.
